At Legacy 3Twenty-Four, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. Below you'll find our rates for events Friday-Sunday.
Friday: $1,100.00
Saturday (8am-5pm): $900.00
Saturday (after 6pm): $1,100.00
Saturday (Hourly Rate): $250.00 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours
Sunday (8am-11pm): $900.00
Important Information
Rental Time: All rentals are for a total of 6 hours. This time includes set-up, the event itself, and clean-up.
Additional Hours: Additional hours can be purchased when available.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol cannot be sold at the venue unless a One-Day Liquor License is obtained from Baltimore County.
Security Requirement: If alcohol is served or permitted at your event, security is mandatory. Security services will be provided by Legacy 3Twenty-Four, LLC at an additional cost.
